Takes on Shakes is a bold new video series exploring iconic scenes from Shakespeare. It's designed to help educators with distance learning. The series challenges assumptions about Shakespeare performance and interpretation. These on-demand, performance-based video lessons illuminate Shakespeare's work in exciting ways that encourage students to think critically and come to their own conclusions.

An Alumni of PlayGround-SF's Directing Apprenticeship I have directed with Young Playwrights Project and Monday Night PlayGround at Potrero and Berkeley Rep Stages!

PlayGround is the Bay Area’s leading playwright incubator, providing unique opportunities for the cultivation and development of early-career local playwrights and partnerships with leading professional directors, actors and theatres. I look forward to meeting more playwrights, actors and directors in the Bay Area.

What is digital producing?
Digital Production work essentially is a way to deal with production quality and design during the pandemic and with Theaters unable to physically gather.  It works in lieu of or in conjunction with a Lighting Designer, Set Designer, Sound Designer, Technical Director, Board Operators and Tech Support. To fulfill these roles a digital producer creates assets, troubleshoots technical needs, edits/designs and collaborates with other designers. The output is live producing/mixing in OBS at each performance/event, and optionally integrating each production with Live-Streaming or Recording.

The play is a fantasia that centers around the complicated relationship of Lincoln spree killer Charles Starkweather and his 14 year old girlfriend, Caril Ann Fugate.
